Our global team has a variety of traditions and celebrations for holidays around the world. Here's what they shared:

Jon - Christmas Day with family, a massive festive late lunch (with Christmas pudding and mince pies) while listening to Christmas carols

Sarah - Enjoying the decorations around the tree on Christmas Eve and Morning

Anna - Cooking lots of family recipes for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and then napping after eating way too much!

Sandy - Singing my grandmother’s favorite Ladino songs for her while trying to win the egg-cracking contest on Passover (though I never win)

Ismi - Gathering for a massive dinner, and the highlight of the dinner is always the homemade baklava that my grandmother bakes

Ayse - Making stuffed vine leaves with my grandparents the day before Bayram

Susan - Cookie decorating with the grandkids every year

Polen - Having Turkish kebab and kunefe when we gather at my grandparents' house with all of my extended family (used to be ~20 people, now a total of 27!)

Nesli - Getting together with my dad's side of the family at my grandma's home for breakfast, and then my mother's side at my other grandma's home for dinner. This means seeing almost 50 family members in one day!

Igal - Frying an excessive number of latkes for a Hanukkah dinner
